Educates and provides motivation for physician, referral coordinator, insurance companies, and businesses to refer to FYZICAL Therapy and Balance clinics in Tulsa and Owasso. This will be a process of cold calls, maintaining relationships with prior referral sources, intranet marketing and sales, Public Relations activities including news releases, social media placement of pictures and videos, and researching new opportunities for new referral sources to provide new opportunities to FYZICAL clinics.
Sells clinical products for patient treatment to physician groups, elderly group homes, home health agencies, business and industrial establishments or individuals at sales office, store, showroom, or customer’s place of business by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Completes Daily Activity Log each day and submits to Supervisor.
Commits to be knowledgeable of companies direct mail equipment and has a thorough working knowledge of that equipment.
Participates with direct mail program and assures that developed pieces are processed according to schedule.
Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet websites, and other sources.
Travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, or talks with customers on sales floor or by phone.
Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalog, and emphasizes salable features.
Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts.
Works with inside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date.
Tracks stock levels.
Coordinates customer training.
Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.
Develops and maintains relationships with referral sources.
Investigates and resolves customer problems with patients or referral sources.
Attends trade shows.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (B. A.) from Four- Year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. It is not the degrees, it is the person. A motivated employee can be trained to perform excellence.
Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions form groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized software.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Contract Management systems; Database software; internet software; Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software.
